The head coach is employed by the club, everyone else including all of the poolside staff and committee are volunteers who give up their time for free for the benefit of the club and all the swimmers. If anyone else would like to help then please make yourself known to Haydn or a committe member. If any parent would like to help on poolside the club may be able to fund the cost of ASA teaching or coaching courses.
